Scripture Feeding

Thus says the Lord, "Cursed is the man who trusts in mankind and makes flesh his strength, and whose heart turns away from the Lord. For he will be like a bush in the desert and will not see when prosperity comes, but will live in stony wastes in the wilderness, a land of salt without inhabitant. Blessed is the man who trusts in the lord and who trust is the Lord. For he will be like a tree planted by the water, that extends its roots by a stream and will not fear when the heat comes; but its leaves will be green, and it will not be anxious in a year of drought nor cease to yield fruit. The heart is more deceitful than all else and is desperately sick; who can understand it? I the lord, search the heart, I test the mind, even to give to each man according to his ways, according to the results of his deeds.

Molly's Room

Well its been a busy couple of weeks in the Palfery household.  Between weddings, baby showers, work around the house and hosting company at the house we've managed to take some pictures of the whole thing.

Last weekend we went to Colorado Springs to visit Dax and Melanie Preseudo.  We had great time with relaxing mornings filled with big breakfasts and slow hikes.   We also attended Clair Waltman's wedding to Chris Paulene.  One of the best weddings we've been too.

Simon spent the work week in Richmond, Virginia where he participated in a ropes course team building exercise.  Work =  trying to get a bunch of overweight middle aged office workers across a 10 meter tight rope.

Here are a couple pictures of Molly Anne's room which we finished a couple of weeks ago.   We are getting so excited  for her birth in just under 8 weeks or so.

This weekend we had Dax and Melanie visit us along with Felisa's Mom (Mamma Marsh) in Albuquerque for Felisa's baby shower.  We're not sure how much more stuff we can jam into Molly's room, and we still have one more baby shower to go.  We just finished the morning with a hike with Dax and Melanie as well as Steve and Roseanne Mitchell.  Here's another pic of us just about 15 minutes ago in the Palfery's front yard.

Well that's news at the Palfery household.  Until next time....
