Scripture Feeding

Thus says the Lord, "Cursed is the man who trusts in mankind and makes flesh his strength, and whose heart turns away from the Lord. For he will be like a bush in the desert and will not see when prosperity comes, but will live in stony wastes in the wilderness, a land of salt without inhabitant. Blessed is the man who trusts in the lord and who trust is the Lord. For he will be like a tree planted by the water, that extends its roots by a stream and will not fear when the heat comes; but its leaves will be green, and it will not be anxious in a year of drought nor cease to yield fruit. The heart is more deceitful than all else and is desperately sick; who can understand it? I the lord, search the heart, I test the mind, even to give to each man according to his ways, according to the results of his deeds.

Orlando here we come......

We recently returned from a great trip to Orlando, Florida to spend a long weekend with Simon,s brother - David, his wife - Melissa and Simon's mom - Gillian.

It was kind of a last minute thing but we were able to travel cheaply and spending time with family is important so we dove right in.

Melissa has organized the details (thanks Melissa!) so we just had to book our stay and show up - how nice!

We stayed at a place called the Liki Tiki resort and we stayed in a one bedroom condo and there was a small waterpark right at the resort which was awesome - Molly really enjoyed that part!

We spent most of our time at the resort but we did venture out to Universal Studios one day for some fun and Molly was a little overwhelmed by the amount of stimulation from rides and other music making things.

We had a precious time with family and we are grateful that we have a family to share time with.

By the end of the weekend, Molly was going down slides by herself too! I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing....

enjoy the ride....
