Scripture Feeding

Thus says the Lord, "Cursed is the man who trusts in mankind and makes flesh his strength, and whose heart turns away from the Lord. For he will be like a bush in the desert and will not see when prosperity comes, but will live in stony wastes in the wilderness, a land of salt without inhabitant. Blessed is the man who trusts in the lord and who trust is the Lord. For he will be like a tree planted by the water, that extends its roots by a stream and will not fear when the heat comes; but its leaves will be green, and it will not be anxious in a year of drought nor cease to yield fruit. The heart is more deceitful than all else and is desperately sick; who can understand it? I the lord, search the heart, I test the mind, even to give to each man according to his ways, according to the results of his deeds.

You did what?

Last weekend we had a great time with our friends - the Martin's, on a much-needed camping trip. We hit an area near Taos, NM and the 4 kids had a blast!

People thought we were nuts for taking a 4 month old "tent-camping" and Zoe enjoyed it thoroughly! Molly had her own "little" tent as well and thought that she was very special in her "big girl" tent :)

The guys went on an epic MTB ride on the South Boundary trail between Taos and Angel Fire, NM and you can check out the pictures for the details....

We went for a short hike the next day as families and Molly thought walking with a hiking pole was great. Zoe thought the carrier was the best thing ever - who wouldn't? :)

Hope you have gotten out to live a little this fall - if not, we'll be praying that you will

God bless you,
