Scripture Feeding

Thus says the Lord, "Cursed is the man who trusts in mankind and makes flesh his strength, and whose heart turns away from the Lord. For he will be like a bush in the desert and will not see when prosperity comes, but will live in stony wastes in the wilderness, a land of salt without inhabitant. Blessed is the man who trusts in the lord and who trust is the Lord. For he will be like a tree planted by the water, that extends its roots by a stream and will not fear when the heat comes; but its leaves will be green, and it will not be anxious in a year of drought nor cease to yield fruit. The heart is more deceitful than all else and is desperately sick; who can understand it? I the lord, search the heart, I test the mind, even to give to each man according to his ways, according to the results of his deeds.

Christmas 2011...better late than never :)

Ok....I know what you are thinking - are children must be 18 by now as I haven't updated the blog in months - sorry!

We've been trying to figure out some photo software and how to easily import photos etc. and I have managed to figure out some basics - so here are the photos from Christmas 2011....only 3 months too late!

We were blessed to spend some time in Arizona with my mom & Neal and we soaked up the sun - even though we secretly missed the snow! We left NM after received almost 2 feet of fresh powder and arrived in 70+ temps the same day...crazy!

Molly enjoyed riding her bike & she is now "super-fast" on it......she's also turned into quite the skier this year and is skiing all by herself thanks to daddy! :) She amazes us with her ability to pick things up so quickly and like it.

Zoe is moving around like mach 5 and is doing the "furniture-walk" and enjoys trailing after her sister. Zoe is definitely going to give us a run for our money - she is very persistent & enjoys testing the boundaries - just in case they change - ha!

It's really neat to see both of their personalities and gifts manifest themselves - they are a joy!

In Arizona, we enjoyed some time with Bill & Hilary and some time at a wildlife zoo with the girls. We also spent a few days in Flagstaff skiing and it was very nice of my mom & Neal to enjoy time with Zoe so that even mommy could ski!

We also took the Polar Express out of the Grand Canyon Railway and Molly loved the train ride. There was so much stimulation on the train that I don't think we'll do it again anytime soon, but it was fun to be able to enjoy that with Mimi & Papa Neal.

I didn't make time for a Christmas letter this year, but we are all doing well - look for more pictures soon!

Be blessed!
